HOST (Helicopter Over water Survival Training) aka Dunker Training

This week in flight school Abe is going to his Dunker Training. He has to learn what to do if his helicopter were to crash in water. They will teach him how to get out of the helicopter if it crashes in the water. To do this, they have a "mock cockpit" that he will get in. They will dunk it in water. If you watch the video you will see that it's dunked in water and rolls upside down-just like a regular cock pit would. He has to learn how unfasten himself and kick open the door and get out underwater. THEN, they blindfold him and he will have to do it by himself blindfolded! CRAZY!!

Hayden and Elle

Emmi, Hayden, and Abby came to Atlanta in April. Elle and Hayden are so cute together!! They look like brother and sister. Elle loves Hayden and wants to do everything he does. While he was here we took them to DAC kids, bowling, and had a baby shower for Abby. Abby and Emmi are both pregnant too! They are both due in July and I am due in September. Abe's mom has three grandkids on the way!!!

Bunco at the Owens

Bunco is back in session!! Some friends and I decided to get Bunco started up again. I had forgotten how much fun it was! It's so intense!! I lost my voice the next day and my muscles were sore from screaming and wrestling to grab the dice. It was also Mandy and Lisa's birthday so we sang them Happy Birthday and opened a few gifts. I loved having everyone over!! I don't know why, but I love cooking and entertaining people at my house. Thanks for coming girls! It was a blast!!!

The Bunco girls

Brie stunk at Bunco!!!! The biggest loser wins$20!! One day, I will be as bad as she was....one day.

Bunco winners...Roxanne and Liz. I need to come up with my own Bunco victory dance.

Getting ready to start.

Elle's new bed

Elle got a new bed!! We put her crib and changing table in the new nursery. Her bed is really high. She has to use a step stool to get up. She has done great so far sleeping at night. I was really worried about her falling off, but so far so good!! She loves her new bed! She loves to "pretend" like she's sleeping and she'll go and lay her head down. She's grown up to fast!! She's not a baby at all anymore! No diapers, no highchair, no crib!! Time goes by too fast!!!!!!!
